Digital Signature : [Sec 2(1)(p)]

It means authentication of any electronic record by a subscriber by means of an electronic method or procedure in accordance with provision of Sec 3.
Electronic Signature: [Sec 2 (1) (ta)] It means authentication of any electronic record by a subscriber by means of the electronic techniques specified in the 2 schedule and includes digital signature.
