HISTORY
As being a child when I was during my elementary school during grade 3-4, I wish to have a FAMICON to play the video game at home, so the hunting of this kind of gadgets begun.
THE BEGINNING
At that time, the most popular and the best-standing computer devices for graphical and video game player is on the market, Commodor-64. My mother decided to purchase one for me at $400-$500USD at SOGO department store, on the same floor my favorite Italian dish, spaghetti meat ball. I was able to do the BASIC programming ever since, my first programming is the bouncing ball screen player. At grade 12, I did another simple graphical programming with IBM on the same BASIC.
MY COMMODORE 64
MY FAVORITE TASK
My favorite game on Commodore is Load runner, and my first graphical programming for screen saver is a bouncing ball which is an example on the manual of this computer set. I found that there has to go thru many LOOPS for programming, so my inspiration is based on the single equation for programming the detection of the DNA exon, based on the bouncing ball screen saver. This will able to use less resources.

The sweep of the ball across the screen could be interpreted as the same as those on each pixel on biochip.
PRIME WALK *
During my grade 10, I wrote several of my friends friendships with my phone number with single equation on it in quadratic and exponential form. The number repetition stands for its numbers and its significant position.
XXX-XXXX
Assume: An exponential equation, with the sum(i^n) where i is a number where n is position, we get a number of solution to make a matching. This could prevent a LOOP of DEATH where the lengths of number is long and daunting! Results: To PREVENT this LOOP, it could make the square of n iteration of programming to single line.
*PRIME WALK: single equation for SNP detection and sweep-across of pixels on biochip.
HISTOGRAM
The difference in images can be depicted by graph from histogram computation. The prime walk is a simple step to sweep across all the pixel and put the specific number in database and compare the result and use binary search to find the different between the two exon of spliced sites on GenBank modified database for this microarray DNA scanner, and define SNP position on p-th arm of each exon.
NEXT-GEN SEQUENCING
SEQUENCING REQ.
Besides the normal functions for controlling each unit, we must include the sequencing algorithm of the following requirements: Next-generation sequencing.
No more than 1 US million dollar for sequencing a human genome.
SNP reading.
A single read of length 30 nt spans over two exons, sequence block, it is not very unlikely that the shorter part covering one exon is not longer than just 5 nt (>16%). Within one exon or 5 nt contains no more errors than 5%. Includes alignment algorithm, BLAST, for correcting such alignment reading. The graphical plots of data including logarithm plot and sequences.
SEQUENCING COMPETITION
IMAGE PROCESSING
Difference detection algorithm, PRIME WALK can also be used.
