 Intensified and unhampered conduct of checkpoint operations. 12,723 checkpoints/chokepoints operations which resulted in the arrest of 2,671 persons and confiscation of assorted firearms Relentless pursuit of intelligence driven 08/2011 HALUGHOG through JPSCC. OPLAN

10 combat patrols conducted in the provinces of Bukidnon, Misamis Oriental and Misamis Occidental

 Deployment of personnel in the streets and streamlining the different units of the region especially the RPSB that helped in maintaining the peace and order situation in the region. 327 RPSB personnel were downloaded and 92 displaced personnel were realigned Service of Warrants against the criminals especially members of Organized Crime Groups and Criminal Gangs . Arrested 438 wanted persons and 23 Criminal Gang members.

 Uncompromising enforcement of environmental laws and other special laws.

 Conduct of patrol and patrol related activities.

168,062 operations on Police Integrated Patrol System (PIPS) which resulted in the arrest of 5,684 persons and confiscation of 23 high-powered and 52 low-powered firearms.
Organizational work such as Brgy Peacekeeping Action Teams (BPATs) and Brgy Tanods.

1,521 Barangays have organized Peacekeeping Action Team (BPAT)

Conduct of community. visitation and interaction

 Deployment of PNP personnel in the streets organization and mobilization of Motorized Anti Street Crimes Operatives (MASCO) in crime prone areas and organization and utilization of BPATs.
Conduct of drills and Simulation Exercises (SIMEX). Current deployment scheme of 12 hours duty per day

 Recall of some personnel not authorized to perform as bodyguards to some politicians. Deployment of Maneuver Companies particularly in Lanao del Norte and Misamis Occidental.

 There are still police offices and stations that do not have PNP Standard Buildings. 2 PPOs and 1 CPO have PNP Standard Buildings 3 CPS and 14 MPS have PNP Standard Buildings

 The ability to respond very rapidly to emergency situation because of some traffic factors in the urban centers and bad road networks in the countryside. The ability to recall troops that are already deployed for another rapid deployment because of lack of communication and transportation vehicle.

This office recommends requesting the LGUs to support the PNP in their respective areas in order to meet the various requirements needed to address the problems affecting the peace and order to include the things mentioned that are not working in the PRO.
