virus can cause COLD SORES. (Infancy and childhood) Sore: tiny, clear, fluid-filled blisters Sores most commonly found on the lips, mouth, nose, chin or cheeks and occurs shortly after exposure. May also develop on wounds. With barely noticeable symptoms or need medical attention for pain.

genital sores affecting the buttocks, penis, vagina or cervix. Lasts from 2 20 days. Most people get infected by this virus because of SEXUAL CONTACT. (20% of sexually actives) Can also be spread by touching an unaffected part of the body by touching the herpes lesion. Manifestations include minor rash, itching and painful sores, fever, muscular pain and burning sensation during urination.
