RESEARCH OBJCTIVES
To identify the factors that leads to stress. To learn how stress management helps to improve the performance. To identify the stress levels of an employee and guide them with necessary stress management techniques and practices. To study the measures to reduce stress. To rank the impact of stress among employees at work.
Limitations
The attitude of workers changes from time to time. Hence the result of the research may not be applicable in the long run. The result of the study would be varying according to the opinions of the employees. Due to time constraints a detailed study could not be done and the sample size has to be restricted to 50

Based on both primary and secondary data. Total Population:450 Sampling Technique: Random sampling Sample Size: 50 Research Technique: Descriptive Research Data Collection: Questionnaire
