Description
There are four parameters that are monitored inputs to the fuzzy model:
1) The ,
2) The current flowing through the battery, 3) The analog control voltage that controls the duty cycle of the PWM chip. 4) The battery voltage, The output of the fuzzy model is a bipolar voltage signal that is summed with the control signal to decrease, increase, or leave
In any applications which PV module is energy source, MPPT solar charge controller is used to correct for detecting the variations in the current-voltage characteristics of solar cell and shown by I-V curve. MPPT solar charge controller is necessary for any solar power systems need to extract maximum power from PV module; it forces PV module to operate at voltage close to maximum power point to draw maximum available power. MPPT solar charge controller allows users to use PV module with a higher voltage output than operating voltage of battery system. MPPT solar charge controller can be applied to other renewable energy sources such as small water turbines, wind-power turbines, etc.

Fuzzy features
The fuzzy logic approach allows a smooth control surface to be established with a fast development time. During charging, the solar panels operating point is adjusted by modulating the duty cycle of the buck-boost converters switching Device using a fuzzy logic control algorithm to optimally charge the battery. Discharge data on the batteries and current voltage characteristics of the solar cell will be presented and the fuzzy logic model development for the charge control will also be presented. The current model is not optimized but provides a good initial model for the charge control.

IDE:
Software package that lets you assemble, compile, link, export and debug programs.
Hardware that allows you to test the developed programs on non-real (emulated) hardware. To test ICE you need IDE.
Programmer:
Is a piece of hardware, e.g. PICkit 2, PM3 that allow the export of executable .hex files (load) files to the PIC processors memory directly. It is driven by the IDE.
