FINDINGS OF RESEARCH
In Aditya Birla Money I feel that this sector is one of the most growing sectors among all the sectors in India. I also find that I decide plans are very attractive for new clients. Gurgaon is one of the most growing city and there is lot of scope for stock market. Most of the people are not aware of new schemes and services of Aditya Birla Money. Online platform has proved to be very beneficial for customers to understand and get quick information related to trading. There is lot of opportunities for young and energetic people in Aditya Birla Money to build sound career.

LIMITATIONS OF THE RESEARCH


The study is based on the perception, ideas and preferences of the respondent. Many times there was lack of cooperation from respondent for the research. The research was carried out in certain parts of Gurgaon and therefore findings and suggestions are limited to those parts only. Awareness level about the company is low among the clients.

Employees at the branch are very knowledgeable with a lot experience in the financial market. The entire workforce consists of mostly youngsters, which means they can be encouraged and motivated to do good work .

Suggestions
Use of creative advertisement to attract more and more target customers and to create awareness among them. Aditya Birla Money chalks out some programmes to create general awareness regarding its presence and various services of the company. Aditya Birla Money should play to make its promotional activities more efficiently. Aditya Birla Money should regularly conduct market research and surveys for knowing customers perception and for facing threat from competitors. Work force should be segregated each group dealing in a specific product and the sales target should be given likewise.
