Materials and Equipments Materials & equipments for stage creation, sound systems, lighting and other equipments. Will be shifted at the venue 2 weeks prior to the event. Around 20-25 workmen will closely work under the guidance of creative team for stage set up. Installing projector & cameras to launch a giant screen beside the stage to provide a crystal clear view to the audience. Food & Beverages After the Rocking concert, food and beverages will be provided by Oberoi catering services. Will include Indian, French and continental cuisine.
Security
Metal detectors at entry of the venue. Around 50 Security personnel spread across the venue to monitor & control the huge crowd. Crowd is separated by velvet ropes in each row MONITORING ROOM. 6 Screens covering the sensitive zones of the venue where cctv cameras are installed which includes entry,exit,parking zone, back stage & middle of the stadium. Taking permission to get police security to control emergency if any. Arranging walkie-talkies for the security guards to co-ordinate their activities.
