WHAT IS A PHRASE?
A UNIT OR CONSTITUENT IN A SENTENCE. IT CAN BE A SINGLE WORD OR A COMBINATION OF TWO OR MORE WORDS. WHEN IT CONTAINS MORE THAN ONE WORDS, THESE WORDS FUNCTION AS A SINGLE UNIT AND CANNOT BE BROKEN WITHOUT AFFECTING THE SENTENCE GRAMMATICALLY
