MOVEMENT ACTIVITY AS AN ESSENTIAL COMPLEMENT FOR THE THERMAL PATIENT .... IN THERMAL POOL
L'esercizio terapeutico in acqua basato su tre principi: 1) effetto idrostatico: per il quale un corpo immerso in acqua subisce una spinta dal basso in alto che gli consente di stare a galla, tanto maggiore quanto pi l'acqua ricca di sali; 2) effetto idrodinamico: rappresentato dalla resistenza del mezzo liquido che si oppone ai movimenti, configurando esercizio terapeutico;
3) effetto idrotermico: provocato dalla temperatura dell'acqua che induce rilassamento muscolare che determina azione algo-sedativo, rendendo pi agevole l'attivit motoria del paziente.
