About the test

The CST are a major component of the STAR program. The CST are developed by California educators and test developers specifically for California. Also take test in math, sciense and history which describe what the students should know and be able to do in each grade.

How Ive prepared to de CST

My teachers prepared to work and read the question. Also I understand more than 6 grade. I practice the question and I work hard.

How SMS teachers prepared me for the CST

My teachers help me to do good in the test and help me to understand the questions. my teachers help me practice question to understand more the CST test. They didnt do anything to teach me for the CST test.

Test taking tips: during the test

I will study and sleep because I dont want to sleep during the test and study to get good grades. Also practice some questions and read to understand the CST test. And see my CST notes because the notes help me to get good grades.

Test taking tips: during the test

You need to understand the information your learning. You need to read the information many times if you dont understand it. You also need to study what your learning for you can get a great grade. You need to get flash cards so you can quiz your self and study. You also need to pay attention to your teachers as hard as possible.

Math tips
The students needs to know about fractions, decimals. Underline the notes to study. Cross out the answers that do not make sense.

English tips
the students needs to read at home and practice some questions from the the CST realist test. They needs to copy notes to help from the CST test. They students needs to study the notes in home.

Decimals
The system of numbers that you use is called the decimal system and is based on powers of ten ( base ten system). Each place in the place value grid is ten times the value of the place to the right of it. Every number to the right of the decimal point is a decimal fraction (a fraction with a denominator of 10, 100, 1,000, and so on).

Decimals help you also to separate numbers The decimals are easy to do because you out it between. You use decimals for math with your teachers. Decimals are used after you multiply numbers. You only can make a dot to do decimals.

Example
Like what is the decimal equivalent from 8/20. First you need to divide the numerator by the denominator. Second, you have to add a decimal point. Then you need to put 00 after the decimal point. Now you get the answer. The answer is .4 and thats it.

Spelling
Spelling is the writing of one or more words with letters and diacritics. In addition, the term often, but not always, means an accepted standard spelling or the process of naming the letters. Spellings attempt to transcribe the sounds of the language into alphabetic letters, but phonetic spellings are exceptions in many languages for various reasons. Pronunciation changes over time in all languages, and spelling reforms are irregular in most languages and rare in some.
