Interpretation- This question says that 3 or more than 3 year 10% people are working, 4-7 year 10% were working, 8-11 years 30% were working and more than 12 year 50% respondents were working.

CONCLUSION
Motivated employees come out with new ways of doing jobs. Any technology needs motivated employees to adopt it successfully.

Reward, particularly money, is a motivator according to need-based and

process theories of motivation. interesting and rewarding.

An enriched job has added responsibilities that makes the job more

Job rotation involves shifting an incumbent from one job to another that
