Penyakit kulit yang belum diketahui penyebabnya Pada umumnya tanpa keluhan Kelainan kulit terutama eritema, skuama Biasanya berkembang perlahan-lahan, perjalanannya kronik

ETIOLOGI

GAMBARAN KLINIS

Large-plaque parapsoriasis (LPP) -bentuk bulat / tidak teratur / plak tipis -asimtomatik/gatal ringan -batas tegas -ukuran bervariasi >5 cm -warna:merah coklat/pink salmon -skuamasedikit

GAMBARAN KLINIS

Small-plaque parapsoriasis -bercak bulat diskrit/plak sangat tipis -terutamabadan -ukuran <5cm -asimtomatis -skuama

HISTOPATOLOGI
LPP Hiperkeratosis ringan Epidermis parakeratosis Infiltrat perivaskuler sedang Sel limfoid terutama kecil, limfosit normal SPP Infiltrat limfoid perivaskular superfisial Spongiosis ringan Parakeratosis Skuama-krusta fokal

TERAPI
First Line Emollients Topical corticosteroids Topical tar products Sunbathing Broadband UV-B phototherapy Narrowbrand UV-B phototeraphy

Second Line Topical bexarotene Topical imiquimod Psoralen & UV-A phototherapy Topical mechlorethamine Topical carmustine (BCNU)
