Statutory matters to be dealt with in a time bound manner Time limit be prescribed for each type of activity e.g. (a)Making proposal, (b)Forwarding, (c)Approval, (d)Tendering/purchase, (e)Scrutiny, (f)Award, (g)Execution. In case an activity is delayed beyond a time limit, the matter be referred to designated COMMITTEES to investigate cause of delay and suggest preventive/corrective measures.

Performance is affected due to Procedural delays & Legal complications Suggested steps: Formation of committees to reduce delays Up-gradation of internal communication system for example hard copy noting to e-mail noting
