Future Plans
Aditya Birla Group chairman Kumar Mangalam Birla plans to invest Rs 525 crore in the group's retail arm and raise its borrowing limit by Rs 2,500 crore to ramp up its food and grocery business More is looking at opening 100 supermarkets every year in the next three years to bolster its retail presence. It is also planning to open half a dozen hypermarkets next financial year. New Strategy: Open more stores but only those that work with customers

Job Profile
Management Trainee- Operations The Initial job profile offered was of management trainee in operations department for a period of 1 year. Later the person would be shifted to marketing department depending upon the no. of openings present during that period and the candidates capabilities.

Selection Process
The person was given a PPO(pre placement offer) by the companys HR manager.

Hence no interview session and GD session was required in the selection.
