The Innovation

Summary of the innovation needs to cover the following titles: Industry : Public Services Technologies: Social Media Objective : Objective this idea states is to develop a system supported by GPS system installed in mobiles and ornaments/cosmetics which can help in location persons, especially women in order to maintain a safe environment in metropolitans. Approach : GPS system installed in mobiles and cosmetics gives the information of person to a station specific to an area of the city. In light of the recent anti social activities , this has become an area of primary concern. Innovation : City to be divided in small areas of GPS ( as mobile services ) with station being Police station. Any woman entering an insecure area can turn the system on the station constantly receives and monitors the location and even provides her the directions to escape the area.

In light of the incidents which took place in big metros like Delhi and even keeping every big city under the threats related to women security , I think this is an area to be given some concern to help the needful. Today we see women competing with men , not to mention very bravely and in fact becoming more successful, but it leaves every citizen embarrassed to read such news of crime against women. There is a dire need to work and improve in this area and guarantee a secure place for women , which not only forms one of the brightest minds of any organization but also homes require her more than anything. An innovation for this is strictly required so as to ensure a good environment to breathe in for women. Not falling short to mention , but a home is never sweet till its actual sweetness ( women and girls ) feel peaceful and secure in and outside it.

This idea can have impact on obvious places like security and swiping out crime but the most important impact of this idea can be on the minds of the women. With crimes going on against women, it is having an adverse effect on their minds and the reasons are obvious as when even your home is not a secure place for you, you start mistrusting people and causing even a worse scenario. This will also strengthen the image of police and government, which is struggling through a lot of offenders and too many unanswerable questions. This idea might help making police more effective and creating a good and healthy environment to live in .

This idea can be implemented as : 1. Installing GPS receivers and complete systems in parts of cities as per their people visited per hour basis. 2. Making use of Mobile GPS services and also introducing rings/cosmetics/artificial ornaments and generally carried devices as clips. 3. As a woman, not feeling secure about a particular place, turns on the system the nearby station gets its location and after that monitors her location and provide direction if required. At least nearest two stations should be alarmed to prepare for an urgency. 4. If a crime is suspected , police force can have control of that area and if possible policemen dressed in casual can also help the lady so as not to alarm the wrong people. 5.
