Learning Objectives: 1. Student will be taught to add, subtract, multiply and divide units of length.
Learning Outcomes: 1. 25 out of 30 students will be able add units of length in metres and centimetres answering at least 4 out of 5 questions correctly.
Assessment: 1. Observe students response during learning activity. 2. Check on students answer in class practice.
Previous Knowledge: 1. Pupils have learned about length in previous class and addition of up to 1000 in semester 1.

4. Teacher chooses students to answer questions from the box and the students will pick questions from the box. i. 213 cm + 350 cm = Lesson ii. 405 cm + 235 cm = Development iii. 60 m + 30 m = (50 minutes) iv. 67 m + 52 m = 0820 - 0910
1. Students sit in group of 6. 2. Teacher teach the students a song that use Are You Sleeping? but with different lyrics. Teachers show the lyrics using power point. Lesson The song is going to be used as the song in Development the group activities. (Appendix B) (50 minutes) 3. Student sings the song again. All the bold row 0820 - 0910 verse will be sung together and the underlined area will be filled up by the teacher.

Class Practice (15 minutes : 0855 - 0910) 1. Teacher asks student to do exercise in worksheets (Appendix D and Appendix E) given. In the worksheet 1, the students need to calculate and colour the answer based on the given colour stated, and in worksheet 2, Lesson the students need to colour the same Development number given. (50 minutes) 2. Teacher gives time to pupils to finish the 0820 - 0910 exercise. 3. Teacher guides and monitoring students 4. If still have time, teacher and student will check answer together but if there are no time left, teacher will asks students to pass up the worksheet or complete it as homework.
