BACKGROUND COMPANY
The founder is Lee Kong Chian who is a Singaporean. Established in 1963s and produce pineapple business for over half century. HQ is in Singapore but their canneries and plantation are operating in Malaysia. Canneries - Skudai, plantation - Simpang Renggam.
Own over 10,000 acres of plantation which are 8,007 acres is pineapple cultivation and the rest is cultivation of the oil palm and the rubber. The production around 2.5 milion cases of canned pineapple and juice per year. The total workforce over 1,000 people.

There are 600 employees with 40% from the local and 60% foreign employees. Foreign employees comes from Bangladesh, Nepal and India. Foreign employees must have approve from the labor office. Local employees need to undergo walk-in interview.
