RM Foods is a 50-year old food and beverage manufacturer and distributor. RM Foods LLC in Buena Park, CA is a private company categorized under Mexican Restaurant.

The Company initially formed as the commissary servicing Acapulco and El Torito restaurant franchises but has since expanded its customer base and its offerings. Today the company counts Trader Joes, Costco, Whole Foods, and Sams Club among its customers and has added Asian, Indian, and seafood dishes to its product line up.

Need for a Change

The Company decided to implement ERP when it became apparent to the RM Foods management team that the company had outgrown its accounting application. The company faced a major disadvantage when it came to managing and tracking their business.
