Introduction

Business proposal for the development of a software house in Islamabad Our business plan outlines the strategy and various services that we shall be providing if given an opportunity to start the in-house development mainly on integration aspects of Large Scale and Medium Scale Businesses. Plan also highlights various areas where our consultancy services can be used effectively to generate considerable revenue and turnover for your company.

Company Background

Our company successfully runs software houses in various locations of the country. We started with our first software house in Karachi in the year 2005 and now have branches in Lahore as well.

Objectives

To create a workforce and establish a software house which would provide fast, reliable, informed and consistently high quality solution to various business needs and clients all over. The primary focus would be on EAI (Enterprise application integration) related projects and other requirements will be taken up based on workforce strength and expertise on ad-hoc basis. To provide software consultancy services to existing and new clients to enhance their business processes.

To grow this into a stable and profitable entity that can be easily and comfortably managed.

Organization Structure

Location

Our software house will be situated in sector H-9 of Islamabad. We have already looked at a suitable building and it will be acquired as soon as your approval is received.

Machineries and technology

The equipment should be state of the art and for this reason we will import our computers from U.S market and their technical people will install the computers and networking. The company from which we will import the equipment is the same company from which we have imported computers previously and they have proved to be extremely satisfying.

Training

For better and efficient use of the imported machinery we will send a few (2-3) of our experienced programmers to U.S for training. These programmers will then come back and train the rest of the team. Experts will, later, keep visiting and training our programmers periodically.

Methodologies and stages

Our software house will use Extreme Programming to produce the code and the project life cycle will consist of three stages: Design including both the business and technical specification Coding the development itself Testing the quality management Each stage will take 30% of the time and leave 10% for reserve in case of an unforeseen event.

Customer Help Team

After we have installed the software in the client workplace we will ensure that a part of our team is available 24/7 for consultancy and help with the software. In case the client faces any troubleshoot with the program he can reach our team and they will solve the problem for him.

Customers Training

We will provide further value to our customers by providing them complete training on our software solutions. This will also help us build effective customer relationships for future projects.

Consulting

This team will be responsible for client analysis, requirement and market study, and based on the results will decide the best fits for our software solutions. The team will consistently meet the current and new clients and explore the possibility of further business opportunities and discover areas where our services can be made available to them

To measure our own efficiency we defining the set of key performance indicators (KPI), such as The average number of bugs done by the developer per unit of time or source lines of code The number of bugs found by tester per test cycle The average number of test cycles until Zero Bug Bounce (ZBB) The average time of test cycle Estimated time of task comparing to the real time of the task (exactitude of planning) Number of corrections to the baseline

The library is based around best practice frameworks such as ISO 31000 & OCEG's GRC Capability Model. Business Intelligence Consultant: is a business intelligence consultant and specializes Campaign Management, Behavioral Segmentation Modeling, Predictive Churn Modeling, Social Network Analysis, Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Dimensional Modeling, data modeling. Planning Executive He has experience in business Planning and Analysis i.e. project planning for any new product/service to be catered by the Customer Relations Department. Analysis and forecasting of varying business plans to check their productivity. Our team is responsible for implementing the software house and selecting the workforce. They will also ensure the continued smooth running of the software house.

Terms and Conditions


The tolerance in the schedule is 10 %. The tolerance in the cost is 25%. The cost of workstations will be paid before their installation. If any of the party wants to withdraw during the contract that party will have to pay 20% of the total cost. There must not be any legal issue about the land and area of workstation. All above mentioned rules will be written upon a stamp paper.
