Ruth Benedict define top 9 differences between High and Low synergy societies We will use these differences to decide on the current Egyptian society type This presentation is a science study not intended to show bad or good parties ,

1) IN High-synergy Society emphasis on cooperation for mutual advantage 1) IN Low-synergy Society Uncooperative , very competitive and enhances ruged individualism and dog-eat-dog attitude

It Clear that Society tend to be very tough and almost no cooperation or looking for any mutual advantage The concept of dog-eat-dog is clear people are treating each other as enemies or conspirers The deterioration of the country toward failure enhanced rugged individualism where every one care about him self only with attitude

2) IN High-synergy Society Conspicuous for non aggressive social order 2) IN Low-synergy Society Aggressive and antagonistic behavior toward one another , leading to either psychological or physical violence toward other

Society Tend to work in un cooperative mode pushing for really high competitive environment As a result of this attitude society start to encourage hate more than love this appears in the normal day to day struggles that can exist for simple reasons

Win-Win situation where both parties play the game for the advantage of both parties this rarely found in our society now. Due to the political situation that divided the society in pieces all parties now play the win-lose game This approach lead to unwanted attitudes that can destroy the whole society

4) IN High-synergy Society Open system of secure people who tend to be benevolent helpful , fiendly and generous 4) IN Low-synergy Society Closed systems with insecure people who tend towards suspecious ruthlessness and clannishness

Society divided into groups , Some groups is highly secured , have power and control over other groups Other groups tend to be follows of the power group , Conspiracy theory is the main controller for all events

5) IN High-synergy Society belief system , religon, or philosophy is comforting and life is consoling individual/groups are helped to work out hurt and humiliation 4) IN Low-synergy Society belief system is frightening pushing, terrifying, members are physiologically beaten, or humiliated , power for person profit, violence is the mean for compensation

Although the society tend to be religion oriented but the act on the ground differed from such beliefs' Society look at the system as terrifying and humiliation and individual use of power for personal benefit is the most common act

SUMMARY
Society Tend to be low synergy society with excessive trend toward individualism and strong man attitude. Social awareness and extensive mass education through media to increase synergy among society is required.
The message of vengeance that spread over the media should stop as it increase the gap
