Turmeric Types

Two types of Turmeric available One : Long shaped rhizome Other : Oval shaped rhizome

Turmeric Intro - 1

It is cultivated, as well as self generated in jungles Found in rhizomes, oval roots or long, thick roots Fresh rhizomes are known, raw Turmeric or fresh Turmeric

Raw or Fresh Turmeric is used as Vegetable Raw Turmeric are dried or boiled in water and after that dried, changes in Yellow colors, used as spice or Medicine

In Asthma & Bronchitis

One / two gram powder should be taken 3 hourly, 5 times a day

External Applications
