SWOT ANLYASIS OF THE COMPANY:


STRENGTH OF THE COMPANY Proper balancing is done within all departments like retail channel, distribution network and production department. They have in-house production department due to this they can meet any requirement of client and that to in a short span of time.

WEAKNESS OF THE COMPANY


Organized sector of backpack in India is about 1200 crores but Wildcraft is able to tap only 150 crores till now. They have a same team for seeding and farming; if they have separate team for both activities then they can capture more market.

OPPORTUNITY
They are looking for diversication of their brand from gears they are also moving towards non gear products They can do brand promotion by organizing sports activities like organizing tracking activities, organizing marathon etc.

THREATS
70% of the income comes from it sectors are negotiable Unorganized sector which contributes 58% of luggage industry and can have price advantage.

FINDINGS

The activities of the company are decided according to function and work is assigned to persons according to their specification. The company is targeting more on young generation to sell their products.

SUGGESTIONS:
The Wildcraft company has to attract old generation as well The price of the product should be reduced by conducting various R&D process
