Week 1 Training Agenda

Internal DMAIC Training Purpose
To utilize a team approach, involving volunteers from across the organization to develop a conclusive, effective Six Sigma DMAIC training program for all new Visteon Black Belt Candidates. The training will provide the black belt candidates with the Six Sigma methodology and tools necessary to become a successful project leader. The training will also provide existing black belts the opportunity gain experience and eventual mastery of the skills through instruction and will establish / reinforce a larger network of resources to black belt candidates.
