Introduction

It was proposed to realize a search about Mozart. The objective of this work is to know better who was Mozart and the importance of this Season in which he lived.

Mozart

Mozart was born on the 27 of january 1756 and died on 5 of december 1791. He started composing when he was five years old. Mozart was an prolific and influential Austrian composer during the classical period. He composed over 600 works.

The first travels

Mozart in 1761 made his first appearance as a child prodigy, a recital of works by Johann Eberlin at the University of Salzburg.

During 1763-1766, he travelled through Germany, France, England, the Netherlands and Switzerland, passing so in several major musical centers on the way.

His career
Mozart start composing when he was five years old. While visiting Vienna in 1781 with his boss, he requested to resign, opting to stay in the capital, where, throughout the rest of his life, he achieved fame but with little financial stability. He was the author of over six hundred works, many references in symphonic music, operatic, choral, pianist and chamber music.

Requiem

The Requiem Mass is a funeral 1791. It was his last composition, and perhaps one of his best and most famous works, not only for the music itself, but also by the discussions around the part of the work that was prepared by Mozart before his death .

Operas

Among his most important compositions are his operas, which incorporated elements of very different traditions: the German Singspiel and opera seria and opera buffa Italian.

The teacher Mozart

The educational activity was never his favorite, but he was forced to teach many piano students to improve their skills. In some cases, he would even dedicate his students compositions.

His death

The circumstances of Mozart's early death have been much mythologized with various theories that was somehow poisoned or even murdered.

The most accepted hypothesis about his death is a miliary fever.

Conclusion

This work concludes that Mozart was a popular icon of his season and that began early on with his music career.
