Abstract
The many business and organizations have come to the belief that the data systems as a solution and road map for utilizing the intelligence technique for business are the valuable tools in now competition. The technology of data contains a set of new concepts and tools that provide the information from knowledge workers ( executive, manager, and analyst ) to support the decision-making. The main reson for building the data is improve data quality in the organization. The data is the reservoir of these data that realizably is available to end users and business studies. One of the organizational processes can be analyzed by data systems is the management for infrastructure, equipment and facilities of the offshore. What research has been done is the implementation of a data on management systems on sources of a sea port. In implementing these basic measures such as an understanding of resource management systems on marine ports, and establishing of dimensional and physical model of data, and data flow from data sources to the data and additional concepts such as security, metadata, preservation, development and promotion system has been surveyed and implemented. Keywords: Data warehouse, Resource management, Sea ports

Introduction
The organization found that the data systems are valuable tools for today competing. Many companies have been spent millions of dollars to build a data. Inmon[1], one of the pioneers in building architecture in data systems, has defined a data warehouse as a set of Subject-oriented, integrated, from different times and non-volatile in order to support the decision making process. Result of data warehouse a thing than processing on a conventional database. The data which used in data warehouse and its algorithms have a major difference between the normal data in the database. To provide this type of data in data warehouse, they need some special processing done on them. Data warehouse technology includes a set of concepts and new tools that provide information from knowledge workers ( individual executive, manager, and analyst ) supports the decision making. The main reason for building the data warehouse is the improve data quality in organization, indeed, the access to data within an organization where data are collected from internal and external sources and in various forms of structural data to the data unstructured such as text files, and multimedia, are integrated in the reservoir.

The data warehouse is a reservoir of data that are available to end users and business studies as reasonably[2]. In the 1996 s, Bill Inmon named as data warehouse father, addressed the base of data warehouse, the most main goal of the building of warehouse was the providing of the data center for storage historical data so that the data center collect the data from diverse and heterogeneous resources and after implementation of the process of extraction, transformation and loading, lead them into the data warehouse. The data center was optimized for reporting and analysis process. Inmon[2] publish the book, Building the Data Warehouse and addressed his ideas as detailed about what and how the data warehouse is to building.

For the purposes of data warehouse, at same time, Inmon proposed that the flow data processs shall be implemented as characterized and with large cycles as monthly. Many companies and organizations have come to believe that gathering, organize and integration of data in a data warehouse is a necessity for optimal management and macro decision making [3]. The conducted research is reviewed In continue of the paper and in the section II; the management of port resource are proceed in section III; IV section provide the design and implementation of data warehouse, the desired Outputs are surveyed in V section; in the VI section, the conclusion will be state and at the end of the paper the references used in this article is provided.

LITERATURE
In the final decades of the twentieth century, many research topics in data warehouse and development of conceptual frameworks, design, system architecture and the physical implementation was presented. IBM researchers Devlin and Murphy developed the business data warehouse. In essence, the data warehousing concept was intended to provide an architectural model for the flow of data from operational systems to decision support environments. The concept attempted to address the various problems associated with this flow, mainly the high costs associated with it. In the absence of a data warehousing architecture, an enormous amount of redundancy was required to support multiple decision support environments. In larger corporations it was typical for multiple decision support environments to operate independently.

Though each environment served different users, they often required much of the same stored data. The process of gathering, cleaning and integrating data from various sources, usually from long-term existing operational systems, was typically in part replicated for each environment. Moreover, the operational systems were frequently reexamined as new decision support requirements emerged.

Often new requirements necessitated gathering, cleaning and integrating new data from data marts that were tailored for ready access by users[4]. In fact, the operational systems used to support daily business operations by maintaining and updating database information for operational processes of system such as billing, accounting matters, and wages. Devlin and Murphy due to restrictions in the operational systems to support decision-making and emphasis on the need to analytical information systems establish the specific information architecture. Then, In the future years, the researches developed this concept to the modern data warehouse with properties that are currently we know it. Codd et al, address the online analytical processing ( OLAP ), that proceed to the issues of analytical and data system and support of decision in front of the online transaction processing that deals to operational systems and compared them in term of the size, complexity, application and times and other differences[5]. Typically, online transaction processing, focusing on daily activities such as daily banking transactions that are applied to individual transactions, has particularly values in terms of non-cumulative for storing in database[6].

On the other hand, online analytical processing, and represents the cumulative value of a historical perspective in aling time interval, the resultant information is recorded[7]. Thus, as has been shown in previous studies, data warehousing provides a view summary and detailed data [8]. Another area of research and development in relation to the data warehouse in recent years is the use of this roadmap in scientific fields such as engineering, medicine, and etc. For example, Park applies the data warehouse in sewage and water suppy facilities[3].
