Quality will continue to shift from compliance toward assessment and education. The quality professional will provide an increasing amount of value organization, primarily by delivering solution. The role of quality professional will nearly disappear within eight to ten years. The duties not taken over by advance technology, absorbed into the product or service realization process. The more integrated the quality program with the core system, the more sustain it would be. Organizational downsizing in quality department would not affect the effectiveness of the program.
