My vision for the department is divided into two part QC and QA

Quality Control
we should make continuous studies for manufacturing discontinuities in order to know its percentage by using a technology called control charts ( P-control chart, and U-control chart , by using this technique we can monitor that the discontinuities are under control or out of control, if the results were acceptable (discontinuities in control level) then will proceed and keep controlling . if not ,we have to analyze the case in order to go deeply to the root causes by using fish bone technique . this technique helped me in steel structure work ( in painting section) to decrease paint lose percentage from 60% to 20%.

QA
As management representative I should focus on Quality by ensuring that processes needed for the quality management system are established, implemented and maintained, reporting to top management on the performance of the quality management system and any need for improvement, ensuring the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization continuing suitability, adequacy and Monitoring in order to reach customers satisfaction . who are the core of any business and the reason beyond this department . so I think the most important employees of this department are customers . they are our information providers and judges . We can get that all by making questionnaires, focus groups and in depth interviews.

Management Representative Responsibilities

Promoting awareness of customer requirements Preparing and revising the QMS documents (namely Quality Manual, Quality system procedures and other documentations). Ensuring the compliance of all the functions as per the ISO 9001:2008 standard. Preparing Management Review Meeting Schedule and conducting Management Review Meetings Preparing Audit schedules, Conducting Internal Audits , preparing audit reports, Writing Nonconformity reports..

Management Representative Responsibilities

Communicating to the Top Management on Quality issues / Non-conformities & Audit reports Measuring & Monitoring the process performance. Initiate necessary corrective and preventive action. Creating ISO/Quality awareness for the associates by internal trainings. Review of Quality policy periodically Time to time review of all the functions, to check the effective implementation of Quality Management system. Participate in the development of quality objectives
