Annex B (Conceptual Framework)

The 7th Infantry (Kaugnay) Division, Philippine Army is currently paying an average of 1.2 Million Pesos worth of monthly bills for its power consumptions, these includes post and tenant units inside camp. One among its tenant units is the Combat Arms School, Training and Doctrine Command, Philippine Army. The Combat Arms School, Training and Doctrine Command, Philippine Army is catering a large number of students every training cycle both from the Officers and Non-Commissioned Officers of the basic and advance courses of the Field Artillery and Infantry. The demand of electricity is becoming one of the major concerns that needs to be addressed.

PROBLEM ANALYSIS
The 7th Infantry (Kaugnay) Division, Philippine Army is currently paying an average of 1.2 Million Pesos worth of monthly bills CAS needs to generate an average of Eight Thousand (8,000) Kilowatt Hours (KWH) monthly or equivalent to Two Hundred Fifty Eight (258) Kilowatt Hours (KWH) daily amount of electricity in order to accomplish its mission essential activities

PROBLEM ANALYSIS

At present, the average daily energy consumption is Four Hundred Seventy Two (472) Kilowatt Hours (KWH) wherein we can see a difference of Two Hundred Fourteen (214) KWH per day. There are times that lines provided by Nueva Ecija Electric Cooperative, Incorporated Area 2 were disrupted by destructive natural calamities and other interruptions due to falling trees and explosions of aged transformers and wires.

PROBLEM ANALYSIS

On the other hand, viewing it in a wider spectrum, the supply of electricity nationwide is becoming insufficient due to the increasing market demands that resulted to a higher cost Most of our countrys energy comes from fossil fuels, which pollute the environment in all phases of our lifecycle, from resource recovery to refinement processes to our final consumption as fuel.

PROBLEM ANALYSIS

With the above stated considerations, there is a need to come-up to a more sustainable source of energy which is eco-friendly, not harmful to lifecycle, less expensive and yet it can provide a sustainable and efficient electricity.
