1. Presentation of the project idea

Our project is entitled "Creating playgrounds for children",
short for S.A.F.E and the main objective is to create and
build a new playground for children.
The project idea started from a desire to resolve the possible
problem facing the citizens of Iai, the insufficient places for
children. We must create and designe spaces where they
spend their free time doing recreational activities with
learning, where they can develop their creativity, imagination,
not to spend to much time on the computer.
Through this project, we want to thank both parents and their
children, because they will have where to play and of course,
parents will be happy knowing that their little ones will be
SAFE spending time in nature.
We represent the care Organization and we are students at

The package's initial activities: Project Management. Duration within 24 months.
The work begins with the launch of the project in a conference attended by the
project team. There will be regular meetings where they will be reporting on the
progress of work.

The package of activities is: Identify space and build a playground for children. The main
activities in this package are: identifying space planning, conduct public auctions to
identify the provider who will perform the work, the measurements for the execution of
the play ground, acquisition land and materials.
Results: Meeting with at least 15 people from local authorities;

The objective of the second work package is: Organize an awareness campaign to
promote the project in primary schools and outdoor activities. We list here a number of
activities that we will implement in this package: organizing awareness campaigns, the
parents on the importance of holding outdoor activities, development of materials to
promote the park (flyers, brochures, banners), which will be distributed to schools
through direct marketing with the help of 5 people prepared to handle distribution.
Results:
Involving parents about spending time in nature for their children;
1000 leaflets;
1000 brochures;
10 banners;
1 person delegated to monitor the website for promoting the playground;
Preparation of 5 people to distribute leaflets and brochures.

The objective of the third work package is : Organizing 2 attractive playground events. With
this objective we aim to attract a larger number of participants: children, parents, grandparents, etc. Main
activities of this package are: promoting the event with posters, working with a specialist in printing of 150
books for children, books launch periodically outdoor presentation (1 every 2 months), weekly visits by a
clown park, giving children body painting and balloons in various designs and organizing a weekly contest
with a prize that benefits (toys, books coloring or story books), they will be awarded based on the answers
children will give them the address of each question or by the person winning the game.
Results:
Establishment of 3 posters;
150 printed books;
Launch books every two months;
A clown;
Three posters displayed;
10 coloring books;
15 storybooks;
30 toys.

The objective of the forth work package is : Attracting investors and
sponsors for future events and maintenance. The activities in this pack
are: selecting top 10 companies in the Iai County firms for raising
funds, identifying 8 sponsors to support the organization of two events
held in the playground and not least the development of a proposal for
continuation of the project.
Results:
Plan for the selection of 10 companies to raise
funds;
1 person selected to finding sponsors;
1 person selected to continue the project.
Resources needed:

Conclusion:
Given the scope and importance of, namely:

subject.

children and their parents.
