Why should special staff teams be involved with
teachers in motivation for learning ?

Comments: Special staff teams, especially
counselors can reinforce academic focus. They
should be involved with teachers as teams in
academic celebrations to help communicate that
learning is highly valued in the school, which is
important as a hidden curriculum.
