Biochemical & molecular profiling of wine spoilage yeasts, 2007- 09, Rs. 11.00 L. Microbial flora profile generated for the region under study. Candida azyma usually found in sugar cane was found on grape. This is unusual could be due to change in farming practice from sugar cane to grape. a. Publication : 1 b.
