NPC Incorporated (NPC) was founded Tokyo with capital of 12.5 mil Japanese
yen for manufacturing Vacuum Sealer.
Sep.1994 Photovoltaic Vacuum Laminator was launched for the domestic market.
Jul. 1996 Overseas marketing for Photovoltaic Vacuum Laminator has started.
Aug.1996
NPC America Corporation, for customer support, was founded in NJ, USA as a
wholly owned subsidiary.
Sep.1996 Osaka sales office was opened in Izumi, Osaka.
May 1998 Photovoltaic Cell Tester, Tabber & Stringer, and Module Tester were launched.
Aug.1999 Marketing for a full line of photovoltaic module assembly has started.

NPC Europe GmbH, for customer support, was founded in Cologne, Germany
as a wholly owned subsidiary.
Jun. 2002 Yokohama sales office was founded in Tsuzuki, Yokohama.
Aug.2005 ISO14001 was obtained Registration# CR-E0333
Oct.2006 Matsuyama factory was expanded. (Matsuyama factory No.2)
Jun. 2007
NPC stock was initially listed on the Mothers market of the Tokyo Stock
Exchange.
Dec.2007 Matsuyama factory was expanded. (Matsuyama factory No.2)
Aug. 2008 Matsuyama factory was expanded. (Matsuyama factory No.3_A) .
Feb.2009 Singapore Branch started in operation
April. 2009 Matsuyama factory was expanded. (Matsuyama factory No. 3_B)
May. 2009 Shanghai branch was opened in Shanghai, China.
Aug. 2009 ISO9001 was obtained Quality Management SystemRegistration# 4088.
Feb. 2010 Taiwan branch was opened in Hsin-Chu, Taiwan.
May. 2010 Korea branch was opened in Gyeonggi-do, Korea.
