relationships & accepted
individual differences)
Production oriented: ( Group
members are a means to an

control & influence to the

achieved by selecting the right

followers readiness

ability+willingness
unable + unwilling = clear & specific
instructions
unable + willing= task orientation &
relationship orientation
able + unwilling= supportive &
participative style
able + willing= does not have to do
much
