Medical Relief Society

INDUSTRY PROFILE
A hospital, in the modern sense, is an institution for
health care providing patient treatment by specialized
staff and equipment, and often, but not always
providing for longer-term patient stays.
There are over 17,000 hospitals in the world.
India's healthcare system is developing rapidly and
continues to expand its coverage, services and
expenditure in the public as well as private sectors.
The origin of the hospital as an independent institution
for the care and treatment of the sick can be dated to
the third quarter of the fourth century CE. The hospital
resolved major tensions in the medical, ecclesiastical
and religious scenes of late antiquity

it gives people an awareness of the rules and

SUGGESTIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
To provide off the job training by calling trainers in the organisation.
Employee of the year award should be given.
The open suggestion box system should be introduced in the company
so that employees can come up with their innovative ideas and
suggestions and the person with best suggestion can be given
financial or other kind of reward.
Formation of committee for various campaigns like tree plantation,
AID etc. should be introduced in the organisation.
One day picnic or a 2-3 days tracking camp can be organised once or
twice in a year.
Some of the employees are not satisfied with the incentives
provideed to them.
Some of the employees are not satisfied with their coworkers. The
coworkers should talk freely with all employees without any status
keeping in mind
