Check and remove the the excess part

Do not use nail polish.
Checking- Do checking periodically for
growth and cleanliness.

Hands And Feet
Cleaning between fingers,
Cleaning of wrinkles/lines,
Follow proper rinsing/use of sanitizer,
Dont touch anything excessively.
Dont touch the product with hands.
Dont use jewellery, rings, watch etc in
sterile plant.

Daily Proper Bath
Wetting of the whole body,
Removal of dust/dirt from whole body.
Use of Savlon, Dettol etc. Proper concentration is to be
used.
Residence time for dis-infectant.
Taking head bath/final rinse of the body.
Make sure cleaning of whole body.
Wiping out of the water.
Change the undergarments (including socks) at each bath.

Medical Fitness
Monitor your health regularly.
Any abnormality report to your plant-in-
charge.
Avoid any infectious food.
Avoid going at infectious places or if
unavoidable then clean full body.

General Precautions
Dont enter in the plant in sweating conditions
Inspect your body carefully.
Keep the Garments neat & clean : Pl check there
should not be any un-pleasant smell.
Observe the Personal Hygiene & get it checked
periodically.
In case of problem, inform it to your plant in-
charge/shift in-charge. Record the problem.
Get fitness certificate from Doctor before re-
starting the work in sterile area and record it.

Sterile Practices
Validations: Mediafill, DHS/SHS, AHU,
Process, CIPs/SIPs, People,
Gowning: Gowning Procedure, Checking,
Operating Practices. Follow SOP.
Movement in Sterile Area should be
controlled.
Discipline: Self discipline is one the key of
all the operations.
