development in Malaysia.
Concept - Ensure fairness to all parties that will
get an equal education with others.

Includes the right of individuals to choose
appropriate type of school for the pursuit of
knowledge, regardless of economic status, social,
privilege, gender, race, religion or background

One strategy to achieve the mission of National
education is to expose people to the
opportunities of acquiring education at all levels.

Malaysia well-formed one nation have its own
identity based on the federal constitution and
the Rukun Negara.
A dynamic process for bringing people
together in Malaysia.
Consolidation process among the different
groups in terms of background, social status
to form an entity that has a substantial norms,
value systems and the practice of living
together, sharing and mutual understanding
between the people thought.

One stream school
- using a language as a medium.
education system

Education system using one effective medium for creating national unity and
integration. In one stream school, students can still learn their respective
native language as well as allowing them to develop and achieve national

Through the one stream school, democratization is not
viewed as using one medium only, but multi-racial students
have the right to learn their native language.

It is obviously can be seen through initiative of Ministry of
Educational Malaysia (MOE) that give the right to other races
to learn their respective native language.

Government has prepare many opportunities for all
citizen to have education.
Free education was provided to all children beginning in
1962. then, the age limit of free education until 15 years
old and the termination of examination requirements for
entering secondary Education Act1961
Opportunity to get an education was provided to all segments
of society regardless of social class, ethnicity, and gender for
at least until form three.
From 1999, the opportunity for all students to enter form four
was expanded. Student who only pass one subject are eligible
for up to form four.
This is to ensure that all citizens have access to education up
to form five.
For students who are no longer interested in their academics
can continue their schooling in the field of vocational during
form 4.
One form of assistance is the
establishment of boarding schools that
enable students to get an education
without having to commute from home
to school every day that costs a lot.
In addition, the construction of many
boarding schools for the purpose of
educational opportunities .
This school is not just for those who are
smart but a smart way to ensure that each
student who is weak or strong, rich or
poor achieve their full potential in the
most appropriate manner in accordance
with the rates and different learning styles.
Smart School will encourage students to
practice self-access and self-directed, and
self-learning rate.
Government does not deny the
opportunity for the special or
disabled children to have the
right or opportunity to get an
education.
For this purpose the
government has developed
special schools to meet the
needs of education.
Students who are poor and less fortunate who
come mainly from the rural economy with low
family background has been given small
scholarships or financial aid to cover the course
of their schooling.
In addition, textbook schemes are also given to
students who come from low-income family.
Facilities were provided is not only for the rural
communities but the same treatment given to
poor students in the city.
Other examples: RMT, Skim Baucar Tuisyen
Teacher training institute not only produced
ordinary teachers, but also provides special
education teachers to fill the needs of special
education schools.
Each school will have teachers of diverse
options that will meet the demands or needs
of students in certain subjects while school is
located in rural or remote areas
Creation of the National Higher Education
Fund (PTPTN) and the expansion of the scope

higher institutions (IPTA) and private higher

School cultural activities include activities
such as singing the national anthem, school
song and patriotic songs together in school
assemblies, reciting the pledge in official
ceremonies such as sports day, hoisted the
national flag at school every morning.

For subjects contained in KBSM history and
civics Citizenship in KBSR, it could indirectly
strengthen the spirit of patriotism and love
for the country among the children.

Education
Usaha membawa reformasi dalam

kewangan, latihan dan pelaksanaan projek
pendidikan yang bertujuan merapatkan
jurang pencapaian akademik kerana
ketidaksamaan peluang dalam pendidikan

environment, equipment and teachers in rural
areas, farms, squatters and rural (indigenous

Until now the democratization of education
in the context of our country Malaysia, quite
successful and indeed provide opportunities
for Malaysians to acquire education at the
primary level to tertiary level.
Along with the democratization of education,
it is hoped that it can meet the government's
agenda to restructure society and eradicate
poverty by using education as a prime mover.

The motive to develop national integration
among the students even in the philosophy of
education not stated explicitly. However, as
contained in the Razak Report (1956), he had
mentioned to unite children of all races in
this country, as contained in the Razak Report
(1956).
