anyone
anywhere to instantly
share their desktop
and ideas online with
others.

You could start with their
Free Trial
and when the
Free Trial ends
you could opt to
subscribe to their
Paid Packages
or if not, you will
automatically convert
to the Yugma Free
service level that allows
1 attendee

in a Yugma meeting.
Youll be able to share
your desktop with
your attendee
and use the built-in
instant message
feature.
You also get access
to all Yugma features.
The only limitation
is that your meetings
are limited to
30 minutes
duration.

In order to start using
Yugma
you need a
Yugma account, first.
HOW TO SET UP A
YUGMA ACCOUNT
Go to www.yugma.com
Click on Try It Free
Fill in your details.
Dont forget to check this box.
Click on Sign Up.
This screen appears

and will ask you to activate
your account
by clicking on the
Confirmation Link
sent by Yugma to your
email account.
To do this, go to your
email inbox
Click on Yugmas mail
Click on the link to activate
your account.
Your Home Page Appears
and ready to use!
Your Username will be the
email address

you used to register.
HOW TO DOWNLOAD
AND INSTALL

In this part of the
tutorial, you will learn

how to manually download
and install Yugma.
In your Home page, click
on Download
Select the one for your system
Yugma starts to download
When download
completes, open the file
Click on the dropdown arrow
Click on Open
Yugma Installer appears
Just click on Next
Yugma installs in only
a few moment.
Install complete!
Click on Done
Yugma automatically
launches and ready to use!
HOW TO START
A MEETING
Click the Start Meeting tab
Enter your Username
Username is the email
address you used
to register your Yugma
account.
Enter your password.
Click on Start.
Yugma will start loading
This is your
Yugma Control
Panel.
This can be
use to access
other features
of Yugma
and to
communicate
with other
attendees and
the host
via the
included chat
client.
The host
is the person who
started the meeting.
The presenter
is the person who
is currently allowed

to share their desktop.
There are 2 ways
to invite someone

to join your meeting.
Invite
Contacts
requires the
attendee to
install Yugma
but offers
interactivity.
Invite Contacts
to View Only
will open an
online viewer
on the
attendees
screen.
No Yugma
installation is
needed here
No Yugma
installation is
needed here
but theres no
way to interact
with them.
Clicking any of the
2 Invite buttons
will open your
default email program
and start a new
email with a link
that contains
the Meeting ID
needed to join
in your meeting.
Attendees can also
click on the link instead
to join
your meeting.

Enter the email address(s)

then press send.

HOW TO JOIN
A MEETING
On the other hand, If you
are invited
to join a Yugma meeting,
you must have received

an invitation email with a
link inside.
Take note of the 9-digit
number

at the end of the link.
That will be your
Meeting ID.
You wont be able
to paste that number
on the Yugma panel,
thats why
you have to jot it down
manually.
On your Yugma Control Panel,
click the Join Meeting tab.
Enter your name.
Enter your email address.
Enter the 9-digit number here.
Click Join.
You will then be joined in
the meeting.
THE YUGMA
CONTROL PANEL
In this part,
you will have a
quick overview
over the functions
of the Yugma
Control Panel.
This is the
Yugma
Control Panel.
This section
shows your
Meeting ID
and the
courtesy
conference
call phone
number.
This small
round button
copy the link
to your
meeting
into your
computers
clipboard
(there will
be no
notification)
and then you
can paste it
into a chat
session
or email.
This one
shows your
current
bandwidth.
Click on
File.
The
Start/Join/End
a Meeting
give you
manual
control
over how to
run your
meeting.
Change
Language
gives you
an option to
shift to
Italian.
Click on
Settings.
This is the
General
Settings
window.
Just check
on the box
that suits
your needs.
Start
meeting
with hidden
attendees
allows you
to hide
the
attendees
list for more
privacy.
Automatically
allow
attendees...
lets
attendees
join
without
asking
permission
from the
host.
Viewer
Window is
only active
while viewing
a meeting
and sets the
default size
of the viewer
window.
This is the
Chat
Settings
window.
In Public
Chat, you
could
enable or
disable
public chat.
The host
can still
send chat
messages
to the
attendees.
Private Chat
limits chat
messages
to the host
or allows
private
chats for
everyone.
This is the
Recording
Settings
window.
You could
choose
recording
for leader
only
or for
anyone in
the meeting.
Check this
box when
you want to
record with
audio.
This is the
Exit
window.

This allows
you to
Minimize
Yugma

Minimize
and end the
meeting as
well

or exit the
Yugma
application.

Clicking the
Start a
Schedule
Meeting
will direct
you to

this window
where
scheduled/
webinar
meetings
are listed.

Click exit to
to exit the
Yugma
application.

Click on
Action.
Most of
these are
self-explanatory
and serve the
same purpose
as the buttons
or right-click
menus with the
same names.
Upgrade
is used if you
decided to
upgrade your
account
from Free to
Premium.
Upgrade Now
will let you
make changes
in the website
While
Activate
Upgraded
Account
is used

to make the
new features
available in
Yugma.
Click on Help.
Help Contents
brings you to
the support
page of Yugma.
About Yugma
shows the
version number
of your installed
Yugma.
This portion
shows the
host and the
attendees.
This is the Chat
area.
This is the
Public Chat
tab
and this is the
Private Chat
tab.
It also shows
when attendees
leave or join
your meeting.
These are the
main buttons
of the Control
Panel.
Begin Sharing
allows you to
share
whatever is
in your screen
with all
attendees in
your meeting.
This means
they will see
exactly what
you see.
Clicking the
button again
stops sharing.

End a Meeting
will let you
exit the
current
meeting.

Join a Meeting
will let you exit
the current
meeting
Click yes
and the
Join Meeting
tab appears.
Change
Presenter
gives one
other
participant
permission
to share their
screen and
replace the
current
presenter.
Clicking
Share File
button will
open a new
window
that allows
you and
participants
to upload
files
to the hosts
Yugma
Shared File
Space
and to
download
them from
there.
This is the
Shared File Space window.
The left side
shows files
on your
computer
the right side
shows the
files already
uploaded
Find and select a file on the left
then use the light
right arrow button
to upload a file.
Select a file on the right
and click the left arrow
to download the file.
Activate
Annotation
Tools
is used to
mark
sections
of your
current
presentation
or create
quick
drawings.
Your current screen will
look like this.
with annotation tools on
the right side.
Take Desktop
Control
button allows
you to give
control
over your
computer to
an attendee.
This can be
useful when
an attendee
(not the host)
needs to make
changes
to what is
going on
on the hosts
screen.
Start
Recording
button allows
you to record
everything
visual
going on
on your
screen during
the meeting
and save
it to your
computer.
Start Video
button will
bring you to
the Yugma
website
to start a
video
conference.
