ELIGIBILITY:
(a) The Micro & Small Scale (Manufacturing/Service)
enterprises having E M No. Acknowledgement (Part-II) from
the DIC of the Concern District
(b) Enterprises should have obtained ISO-9000/14001 or
HACCP certification from the Certifying Body having
accreditation with NABCB (National Accreditation Board
for Certifying Bodies.

II-Salient Features:-
(a) The Scheme envisages reimbursement of charges of
acquiring ISO-9000/ISO-14001/HACCP
certifications to the extent of 75% of the expenditure
subject to a maximum of Rs. 75,000/- in each case to
Micro or Small Scale enterprises (Manufacturing/
Service) who have filed EM Part -II.
(b) Applications received without EM Number will be
rejected and returned to the applicants for reapply
after getting EM No. Part-II.

Salient Features:-
(c) The Scheme provides one time reimbursement
only to each unit ; irrespective of the fact whether
the concerned Micro & Small Enterprises has one or
more than one Enterprises (s) within the same
premises/ location or outside .

Receipts and Invoice for payments made by
them to the certifying bodies, consultants
and other expenses also with other

(e) Expenditure for the training will also be reimbursable
only if they are by the consultants who are acceptable
to this office for consultancy as listed below:-

i. Consultants or consulting bodies registered with NRBPT
ii. TQM Division of Textiles Committee
iii. National Productivity Council (NPC)
iv. Consultancy Development Centre (CDC)
v. Small Industries Service Institute ( Now MSME-DIs)
vi. CII/FICCI/ASSOCHAM

III. APPLICATION:
(a) Application should be in the format given in the Website;
(b) Enclosures to the application be provided as given in the
Website;
(c) Please note that the ISO Certificate should contain the
address of the factory as mentioned in the EM No. Acknowledgemnt
Part-II of your Enterprises.
(d) The line of activity as mentioned in the ISO Certificate
should also match with the line of activity mentioned in the
EM No. A/c (Part-II).

III. APPLICATION:
(e) Copies of the Receipts/Invoices for the payments made by you
to the Certification Bodies should be attested by :
(i) General Manager, DIC; OR
(ii) Director of Industries in your State; OR
(iii) Director, MSME-DI in your State; OR
(iv) A Chartered Accountant with name and Regd. No.

(f) Please ensure that Blank receipts in triplicate on the Letter Head of
the Unit with rubber stamp should be enclosed. You should not fill
up the amount yourself.

III. APPLICATION:

(g) While filling up the value of plant and machinery in
your affidavit or the certificate provided by the
Chartered Accountant, please note that only the
original purchase value of the plant and machinery is
to be given, please do not give the depreciated
value/written down value.

CALCULATION OF AMOUNT FOR REIMBURSEMENT:

Reimbursement amount is calculated as per the following procedures:
(a). Payments made to Certification
Agency (excluding travel & hotel = Full Amount
expenses & Surveillance charges)
(b). Payments made towards
(i) Consultancy;
(ii) Training; and = Up to Rs. 30, 000/-
(iii) Calibration (Rupees Thirty Thousand only)

The entitlement for reimbursement
= 75% ( (a) full Amount + (b) up to Rs.30,000/- ) up to Rs. 75,000/-

Please note that the fee paid to Certifying Bodies means only the fee
to certification, audit and not the traveling or hotel expenses.

Please select the consulting body/Consultant who is NRBPT Regd./
or Member of CDC (Consultancy Development Centre) (An
autonomous org. of DSIR, Min. of S&T) . Also select the certifying
body (CBs) from the list accredited by National Accreditation Board
for certification bodies (NABCB) only to be on the safe side- as per
the List available on Website of QCI or ours).
