A 53 year old female patient from Guimaras
presents with a chief complaint of Mpa.postiso
ko kay nabudlayan ko mag usang sang
pagkaon.
The patient admits to never having brushed her
teeth during her early years and is fond of eating
sweets and hard foods. This lack of oral hygiene
and form of diet caused her extensive caries and
periodontitis.
Patients Work-Up
Medical history no significant findings
Dental history multiple extractions due
to caries & periodontal disease;
- patient has never undergone
