    He is the CEO of 3kats. Fernando is also a Huffington Post contributor on cyber
    society topics and served in the past as one of the founders of Venezuelan
    Chamber of E-Commerce; Technology Editor El Universal and TalCual
    (Venezuelan national newspapers); and digital journalism professor at
    Universidad Catlica Andrs Bello. Fernando is also the author of two books:
    Gua de Comunicacin Digital (2005, edited by UCAB and sponsored by
    Unesco) and Comunicacin social y web (2009, Libros de El Nacional).
