Selama Program Indonesia Cerdas Internet akan
disosialisasikan dan ditraining tentang bisnis online
selanjutnya dipacu untuk menjadi pelaku bisnis online,
dengan gerbang awal melalui speedy instan surprise dan
diharapkan secara konsisten menggunakan medium internet
untuk meningkatkan perekonomian, 3 pelaku bisnis online

evaluate and manage the schedule

Each MT will be guided by the same sets of standardize training

Participants that MT trained should also be recorded by MT

Based on the track system. Intel MT could monitor how many participants have the 1

layer
trained. The 1

layer could monitor the 2

layer and so on.

Every participants will be given two types of evaluations

Workshop management: Time, date and place of training will be recorded on the system to
avoid having the same workshop at the same time and place.

Master Trainer Rewards

Goals:
To motivate MT to train more participants
Ensure a small number of span of control
Easier to track and monitor MTs

How:
Reward is given to the highest achieving points; calculated not only for
how many has he/she trained but also how many has his downliner
trained.

System Reporting:
- System reporting will be done through the MT information system
management. The system will record, how many participants of the
training, how well is the training, and evaluate participants skills after
the workshop.
