STATION BORE WELL

Some Stations are provided with Bore well

Supply that fulfills the Water Requirement of

Station during Emergency Period.

Normally due to the high level of Hardness of

local water it is recommended that keep the
Stations Bore well OFF.

SEEPAGE SYSTEM
It is combination of two or more pumps installed at
every underground station to discharge the
seepage water from Seepage Pit to Municipal
Storm Water.
Their operation based on the level sensors signals
installed in the seepage pits
Their Master/Slave operation decided on the basis
of their run-hour recorded by the BMS
Some of the Seepage Pumps are also installed in
between the tunnels to extract accumulated water
inside the tunnel (i.e. between NDI & RCK; RCK &
PCK; BRKR & MDHS etc.)
