Introduction

Pilot project launched in 2004 in Lahore


Punjab Emergency Services Act passed in 2006
Dr. Rizwan Naseer was the founder person
Providing services in all 36 districts of Punjab
Is providing emergency Fire rescue, disaster
management, and water rescue etc.
Established in record period of six months.

Establishment of an effective system for
emergency preparedness, response, protection
and prevention: while contributing towards

Emergency Services Academy
Academy is providing 9 month basic training
Specialized courses of medical first responder,
collapsed structure search & rescue etc.
A new batch of rescuers is consisting of
operational staff & administrative staff.
Training is given to all the operational and
administrative staff in same time period.

In Emergency Services Academy training is

Rescue 1122 is providing high standard
services to the public. Human Resource
department of Rescue 1122 is functioning very
effectively. Organizational environment is very
good. Staff is highly educated and skilled.
Rescue 1122 is providing high quality training
to its employees and also offering advance
refresher courses.

Increase its rescue stations
Held seminars at schools and safety lectures at
different public gathering occasions
Focus should be on providing best services to
the public
Take steps to make better security system
