• Using funding from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA), the
Connecticut Clean Energy Fund (CCEF) is offering geothermal heat pump
rebates on a first-come, first-served basis to pre-approved systems installed after
December 15, 2009.
• CCEF requires that buildings meet minimum efficiency levels to be eligible for
the geothermal heat pump rebate.

• Amount: € 0.55/kWh up to 10 KW - € 0.40 to
0.50/kWh for systems greater than 10kW
• Geographic Focus: Greece

• A new feed-in-tariff (FIT) for small rooftop PV systems up to 10 KW was

introduced in Greece in June 2009. The programme applies to residential users
and small companies.
• The new FIT is set at EUR 0.55/kWh. It is guaranteed for 25 years, and is adjusted
annually for inflation. Under the new program, systems that are greater than 10
kilowatts but less than 10 megawatts would have tariffs range from 40 to 50
euro cents per kilowatt hour.

Tariffs for Small Renewable

• Deadline: 15 years duration

• Small renewable plants (<1 MW and < 200 kW for wind plants) commissioned
after 1 January 2008 can choose between Green Certificates and a feed in tariff
mechanism (called "all inclusive tariff") for an incentive period of 15 years.
• Both Green Certificate and All Inclusive Tariff are differentiated by renewable
energy source.

• The Green Growth Agreement is an agreement between political parties

establishing a long-term strategy for environmental policy in the agricultural
industry.
• Increased investment in green technologies also form part of the Green Growth
strategy. This will see the creation of a DKK 145 million annually for a grant
fund dedicated to green technology development.

LED-based product line and extend its functional application to a wider range of
fittings.
• Win $10,000 cash award for submitting solutions that will allow GC to meet the

• Myclimate, The Climate Protection Partnership, is looking for innovative approaches to

secure and expand the sourcing of carbon offsetting projects.
Win $5,000 for submitting the most compelling concept for myclimate to find and
approach Cleantech companies, technology providers and other organizations that
apply and implement CO2-reducing technologies and initiatives in developing
countries, mainly in the field of renewable energy and energy efficiency.
