Objective
To successfully conduct a Design Making
Contest for the conversion of the existing Tora
Tora Country to an outdoor museum dedicated
to the bold and proud men and women of the
15th SW, as it stand witness to the glorious past
of MDAAB.

Eligibility
This will be open to an individual or a
group of graduating engineering, architecture,
planning and other design related courses
students. Professional architects, landscape
artists and interior designers are also
encouraged to join.

Contest output
Architectural Drawings.
Brief audio-visual perspective presentation.
Budget costing of the project.
Scope of works.

Criteria
Concept/ Design/ Theme (50%)
How creatively and successfully the design meets the project
objectives.

Architectural Drawings (35%)

How well the participant communicates its results by the
presentation of Architectural drawings and perspectives audiovisual presentation.

Project Cost (15%)

How effective the participant manages the cost and value of the
project without compromising the project objectives.

License and Copyright Clause

In relation to the selected entries, their creators accept to
cede for free their copyright and representation rights
without revocation to the 15th Strike Wing Philippine Air
Force, for use in the designing and renovation of the Tora
Tora Country, and other purposes it may deem proper.
By entering the contest, the entrant guarantees that the
submitted designs are an original work created solely by
the entrant, that the design do not infringe on the
copyrights, trademarks, moral rights or other intellectual
property rights of any person or entity, and that no other
party has the right, title, claim or interest in the said
designs. The entrant must possess all the necessary
authorizations for all types of use described in these rules.

Acceptance of Rules
Participation in the contest indicates
complete acceptance of the contest rules set
forth herein, and relinquishing claims of any
kind against the organizers or their
representatives. The committee retains the right
to interrupt, cancel, postpone and/or modify the
event and rules at any time after notification by
all appropriate means according to the
circumstances, unless it is impossible to do so.

Each participant shall submit together

with their entries the following:
Two 2x2 recent photos
2 Photocopies of school/company I.D.
Filled out entry form

All of the above requirements must be

submitted both in hard and soft copies, on
or before 10 1200H January 2014.
All entries shall be sent by regular mail, courier or
