It involves a one to
one interaction of the
candidates with the
prospective employer.
Giving the interviewer
a chance to evaluate
your strength and
skill, it also gives you
an
opportunity
to
understand what to
expect
from
the
organization.

Ask the interviewers about the company.
You are usually given time for this.
Thank the interviewers after the interview.
If you have been interviewing at other
companies, it is not unfair to ask when you
can expect them to make a decision.

interests,
etc.,
Be well groomed
Reach the interview
venue well before
the scheduled time.
This
helps
to
familiarize
yourself
with
the
environment.

Once inside the interview room, --relax,
smile at the interviewers.
Wish Good Morning or Good
Afternoon (as appropriate)
Shake hands with them.
Let your body language show

Listen carefully to what the
interviewers are saying or asking.
Be alert and attentive.

ask for clarification, politely).
Answer in simple and short sentences.
Be clear in your expressions, focused on
your thoughts.
Dont speak fast.(It is better to speak
