Create Hunt Group: Number (80) /Name (Workshop) / cyclic / contains (3n00 and 3n01 )
Put the users (3n01 and 3n03) in Pickup Group named Sales.
Configure Manager / Assistant :
Manager is 3n00
Assistant is 3n03
The manager has a key for screening all directory numbers
The Assistant has a key for absence.
The Assistant has a key for manager mail.

Manage Connection COS to forbid 3n01 from calling others.

 Manage Phone features COS to forbid 3n03 from Immediate forward and Do
Not Disturb.
External lines:
Create Trunk Group 1
Assign 2 trunks to Trunk Group 1
Prefix 9 is used for Trunk Group 1
Manage the Discriminator rules
Manage the Public COS
User 3n00 is authorized to call all external numbers (Local, National , and
International )
User 3n01 is authorized to call (Local, and National)
User 3n02 is authorized to call (Local) only.
User 3n03 cannot call any external number.
Use command ( list_faisc) to list the trunk groups
Use command (trkstat) to monitor in real time the trunks status.

Manage Incoming call Distribution to arrive on 3n03 then 3n00 and the
overflow on 3n01 (entity 0)
Create an attendant group with A0 as physical No.
Create attendant set B0 and B1 in group A0
Manage attendant group distribution, and attendant sets Call distribution
Create attendant call prefix and attendant group call prefix and individual
attendant set call prefixes and note the differences.
