Ethics is a reflection on moral practices that
concerns with customary practices and social
practices defining what is wrong and right
Corporations have been seen to transgress into
dealings that may not be ethically right, although
from the point of view of business and
economics, it reaps in the profits.

Codes of Best Practice


Code of best practices are guidelines codified to
enable a business organisation to hold on to the
values that it believes and are followed to
ensure that appropriate values are respected.
They are voluntarily carried out without the
requirements of legal enforcement. Codes are
developed from a set of principles that would
facilitate interpretation when a precise
circumstance is encountered and how it should
be carried out.
