In context of themselves, teachers should be concerning
on several questions:
Does my students like me?
What does other teachers say about me?
Does my teaching aids suit with my students?

Concern of task and situation


In context of task and situation, teachers should be
concerning on several questions:

Impact on students
Do I motivate my students?
How I motivate my students?
Do my students have high discipline?

Novice teacher
The new teacher into service after completing teacher
trainee courses in the institute or university.
Socialization is defined as the interplay between the
individual in the social context of school after the new
settlement.
